When you engage our services it will automatically opt-in to all of our services and customer benefits and we will send you a message with your account username and password to confirm your signup. Airport Terminal Client Requirements: -Terminal 3 Arrival Instructions:Upon arrival please call 833-425-8382 to alert the Dispatch Office of your arrival prior to retrieving your luggage. Proceed to baggage claim to collect your luggage. Exit the terminal through door number 3 (North side of Terminal), go across the cross walk and make a left to a sign that says "Pre-Arranged" to meet your shuttle. Thank you for your business. -Terminal 4 Arrival Instructions:Upon arrival please call 833-425-8382 to alert the Dispatch Office of your arrival prior to retrieving your luggage. Proceed to baggage claim to collect your luggage. Exit the terminal through door number 3 (North side of Terminal), go across the cross walk to a sign that says "Pre-Arranged" to meet your shuttle. Thank you for your business. -Mesa Gateway Arrival Instructions:Upon arrival please call 833-425-8382 to alert the Dispatch Office of your arrival prior to retrieving your luggage. Proceed to baggage claim to collect your luggage. Exit the terminal from baggage claim, go across the cross walk to a sign that says "Shuttles" to meet your shuttle. Thank you for your business.
Van Availability Based Scheduling: Please be advised that you will receive a confirmation message and/or phone call the evening before your scheduled pickup to provide the estimated pickup time based on the shuttle schedule. This time may be adjusted from your original booking to accommodate van availability. If adjusted, the new pickup time will will provide more than adequate time for you to safely arrive at the airport and will not jeopardize your flight boarding time. Also be advised that when heavy passenger volumes are anticipated at Sky Harbor during your arrival hour, the Blue Van Shuttle pickup time may be adjusted to accommodate van scheduling/availability. Please wait in the terminal until your driver sends you an estimated time of arrival, then proceed through the appropriate exit door to the outer curb at that specified time to meet your van. Thank you in advance for your understanding and your business, however, if you choose to select alternative transportation to eliminate this pickup delay, you will receive a full refund of the amount charged if requested four or more hours prior to the adjusted pickup time.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of your pickup time are non-refundable, unless the flight was cancelled by the airline. If the cancellation is outside of the 24 hour window, your account will be refunded less a $10.00 cancellation fee. If the trip is rebooked rather than cancelled, no cancellation fee will apply, however you must contact our reservation line (833-425-8382) to rebook the shuttle prior to requesting a cancellation. Cancellation of SMS Messages: You can cancel any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from BLUE VAN SHUTTLE again, just sign up as you did the first time and BLUE VAN SHUTTLE will start sending messages to you again.
Data Use Policy: Information such as email and phone numbers that you provide to us is for the purpose of contacting you to update shuttle arrival timing, and subscribing to our email and text based newsletters and/or promotions.
